At PRIMEX, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen and household products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items Used items, customer-damaged products, or returns after 30 days are not eligible.
